Had a poor experience today. I went in and asked if I could have the green beans instead of rice or noodles and was told entree only. Cool, some places if you ask will half the portion and count it as a side but some wont so no biggie. Then proceeded to still get no rice or noodles and then went onto my my entrees. I got burboun chicken, green beans and was going to get a third combo but was ignored. She closed my plate and didn’t even acknowledge me. I told her I wanted a third side but she just looked at me and proceeded to ask the gentleman behind me what he wanted. He even spoke up saying I wasn’t done with my order and again was ignored and asked him if he wanted another entree. I don’t know what was the issue was as I went there just last week and the food was good and they were nice but this time was a complete 180. Won’t waste my time being embarrassed and ignored a second time. To the gentleman behind me thank you and to Pei Wei I guess New Year new attitude… do better.

We ordered two three-course meals the rice was okay the Mongolian chicken tasted okay the orange chicken flavor was there but the way it was cooked was slimy like it should have been deep-fried and tossed in sauce but it seemed like it was marinated in the sauce for too long. The vegetables were very crisp and delicious. The server was rushing me to make up my mind as if to say hurry up in order when there was no one behind us.

DO NOT EAT HERE. POSSIBLE FOOD POISONING. This place doesn’t even deserve stars. We had eaten here on May 12th, 2023. My boyfriend had gotten the orange chicken and noodles. I had gotten the rice and bourbon chicken. The next day my boyfriend had started feeling sick and puking, fever, stomach aching. He hadn’t eaten anything except this food all day.

The food was good but sweeter than we usually eat. Line moves quickly. They do offer kids portions. A bit pricey for the amount of food you get. Restaurant was very clean and the service was quick and accurate. We will go back.

Always ready to serve people, usually there is a long line. Was able to get in between rush, food was hot and price reasonable. This food will fill you up, and give a ton of rice/noodles.
