I did not eat anything on my plate..the orange chicken taste so sour, the mongolian beef has no taste. The noodles have a weird smell and taste soggy..I tried pei wei in Houston it was bad..decided to give it a try here..even worse..Panda Express should have came here instead..I love them..

Went to the new Lakeside Mall location. Let’s just say I am over it. The food was ok. It’s like the frozen food in the grocery store freezer. But that was the best part of my experience. Unfortunately, the Asian workers seem to like serving only certain races of people. The lady before me was Asian. She was served right away (technically I arrived before her but b/c it was new to me I allowed her to go ahead). After she was served, I walked up only to stand there idly for a full five minutes while the worker grabbed a towel and wiped a clean counter several times, went into the back into the kitchen to do nothing but chat in her native language, came back out again to still not make the order. The line grew from just me to like 6 more people. It wasn’t until the line was obviously growing way too long that she finally served the subpar food in the skimpiest way possible. I will not eat there again. They have lost a future customer.

Mitchells Making Memories
The food was o.k. Chicken is small enough to pick up with toothpicks. But the worst part was how they made a “mistake” when giving people their money back. They would first hit the register and then only give change back. Then after the people would ask, where is the rest of my change, they pretend to be dumb for 5 seconds, then procede to give the people their hatd earned money.

Do not eat here, might be an actual health hazard. Person behind the counter was handling all of the dishes including noodles, shrimp, chicken with the same tongs which is a massive allergy and food safety problem. I talked to a worker at a nearby restaurant in the food court about it and they noted that this place has also had problems with roaches on the counter, visible to customers, in the past and mixes food from the previous day in with new food when they open.

Used the wrong card to pay and when in tried to use another card they wouldn’t cancel the order but tried to force me to pay in cash after I repeatedly told them I don’t have cash on me. Then proceeded to charge me what was paid for food that I didn’t receive

would rate 0 stars if i could, the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken is bland, noodle were bland, the workers serving the food would serve me while there was people a head of me and when it was my turn they were serving the people behind me. very uncoordinated and very bad food. worst chinese I’ve ever had. also they serve little portions, they lady serving me my food was counting the pieces of teriyaki chicken and broccoli, my plate wasn’t full how it should be. DO NOT COME HERE.

Good food but my problem is their customer service. They rush instead of listening to you. Especially around lunch rush at 12:00. Also, when ordering the amount you would expect to get compared to what they give you is shockingly disappointing. You get more rice than meat. They pick at how much you get and if you ask for extra they charge you 3 items instead of 2. If you’re going to count what goes on everyone’s plate what’s the point of having a restaurant.? other than that no complaints food is a 5 star but service is a 2.
