Been waiting for :40 for our food. A LOT of to go orders are being made but for people dining in the wait has been ridiculous. Not only is this painfully slow there are no napkins, or cutlery available. The majority of the tables are dirty, floor’s dirty. It’s not busy in the restaurant at all. Can’t rate the food because we’re STILL WAITING.

They forgot our order. They tried to bring us other patrons orders. Had to ask and 45 minutes later it came after our dinner companions were done. Could hear cooks arguing with each other as to who dropped the ball. My dish was good but they jipped my wife. Our dinner companions got their order right away and also had tofu and significantly more tofu. Obviously mad or did not care or have pride in the job. Sauce just dumped into rice making it soupy. They shorted the tofu but it was cooked. Pricing is average but for less money you can get a well cooked “combo” at a hole in the wall Chinese takeout. Do better.

As a door dash driver I have been here multiple times for pick up and have it on my black list now. No matter what time of day it is there is almost no one in the restaurant and take out orders take thirty minutes longer than estimated pick up time. There was a time when I arrived for pick up and not a single person is behind the kitchen cooking. The worst customer service and work ethic that I’ve seen in a long time. Do not waste your money or your time.

I ordered my food ahead of time. My food wasn’t ready when I showed up. The didn’t have the entree that I did order so I had to pick something else. I waited for 30 minutes after ordering my food 15 minutes before showing up. The food quality was poor. I also ordered extra protein and didn’t get it. It wasn’t a good experience.

Ordered in app and arrived to find door locked midday (2:15) with note on door saying “closed for one hour lunch be back soon. I went across street for errand and gas and then ordered in app. As order was accepted I figured they had reopened. My food was to be ready by 2:49. I got back at 2:45. They were still closed but I saw door get unlocked at 250. I went inside at 3:00 about 5-10 minutes later and stated I had ordered online. They had not started order. I was given the order at 3:08 nearly 20 minutes after order system promised it. I asked to see manager and a young lady who handed me my food said she was manager. I asked could she do anything for inconvenience and she responded rudely “us going on break is an inconvenience? I’m sorry you feel that way there was only 4 of us today so we took our break at the same time”. First, isn’t a lunch break 30 minutes and secondly with 4 staff isn’t that enough to take scattered breaks?

I love the Spicy BBQ Beef. Odd utensil offerings: tiny forks, serving size spoons and knives. They were out of the green I ordered, they refilled it but did come to bring me any or offer to top off the little I got. They could do better.

The soup was very salty. When my wife told them about it, the cook said “I don’t cook the soup, I just heat it up”. They didn’t offer if we wanted something else or a refund. They just threw away the soup and that’s it. Obviously I will never return to this place.

We were really pleased with our visit to Pei Wei. The service was quick, the portion sizes were large and the prices were very reasonable. We were in a hurry and liked being able to order at the counter with our food brought to our table. Whether for eat-in or take out, Pei Wei will be a good dining choice in the future.
