I got the beef and broccoli with brown rice, but a lot of the beef pieces, maybe a 1/4 to a 1/3 I couldn’t finish chewing, the meat was just too tough. I kept having to put the unchewable beef pieces in napkins to throw it away. Ridiculous! Besides that the cashier was nice. The place was clean inside, but right outside around the front door and further it was a mess. There were fortune cookie papers and I think, napkins, and things like that all around. Really needs to be cleaned up daily. We were there just after 11 AM today.

Fried rice seriously lacking flavor. The fire cracker chicken pieces are more than half batter. Not busy this Sunday around noon. I had to wait for over three minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. No one has a good attitude, no music playing either. I had to ask for fork and then napkins after my order was brought to my seat. I’d give this place a try – terrible mistake. Don’t even want to take it home.

Came to enjoy lunch before going to the movies across the street. Got chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, steamed chicken, and it all was amazing and well done. Everything was delicious and appetizing. And the young lady, Maya, at the front took very good care of us.

My husband and I went for dinner tonight we ordered our food and sat down..it seemed to be short staffed,due to it being one cashier,cook and helper on the line with the cook! from the time we ordered,til the time we sat down it’s was such a wonderful experience! It was people waiting and us dining in ,the way those three workers got that food out fresh and in a timely manner,we was impressed!!! Madeline was Awesome!! She had Excellent customer service!!! I couldn’t leave without tipping all three staff

Madeline is usually the server that helps me here. She makes the experience worth it. I do feel that the food itself could use some progress. I like the chicken lo mein but I’d like if there were more texture to the chicken. It’s almost like it was boiled.

$11 later. Food quality is severely lacking. Overly battered.and very small amounts of chicken, if any. Mostly batter. 630pm on a Friday night. Only 2 people in the restaurant. Lots of poor reviews. Service was decent but I won’t be returning. Don’t know who the manager is but obviously doesn’t care from reading the numerous reviews

BEWARE OF THIS PEI WEI! Food wasn’t fully cooked. No sauce on the Pad Thai at all. The chicken lettuce wraps weren’t fully cooked either. I was missing my dumpling and when I called the restaurant the employee said that the driver must’ve taken and eaten the food that’s why it was missing. I can’t get anyone from corporate to answer my emails. No extra sauce that I asked for was in the bag. The shrimp appetizer had a piece of plastic in the container. A complete waste of 45 dollars. I’ll never order from pei Wei again and I will be calling the bank to get it disputed since no one can answer my emails.
