I order Asian beef and brown rice. The meat was somewhat cooked but not well done. The sauce was spicy and lots of flavors, decorate with peppers and flavors. However, the brown rice was crunchy and undercooked. Customer service was amazingly excellent.

I had lunch here last week and was so impressed a Gentleman named Tim. I believe he is the assistant manager. I watched Tim as he went around greeting customers. Taking orders and almost constantly telling the staff what a great job they were doing. I had lunch there again today, and Tim was there again, Doing the same. In a world gone mad, it’s refreshing to see true customer service once again. Thanks Tim. I’ll keep stopping in for lunch, just for the great service you provide.

The consistency of the food is not good. One time it’s great the next time it’s like a totally different dish. I was very disappointed with my last Thai Basil Chicken order. Way to much sauce and salt. I couldn’t even eat it.

Pei Wei has always been a top favorite for me ever since I was a kid. The atmosphere is iconic, and the food is incredible, no matter what you get. The portions they give you are quite large too, so that’s something to praise considering their competitive prices.

I am not a fan of Asian cuisine, however, Pei Wei changed my opinion about my taste for Asian cuisine. The food is phenomenally good given the fact that is a chain restaurant. Service is exceptional! When come back to see family in Minnesota I will most definitely come back and will widen my palate by trying other dishes in the menu.

Used to be really good like 15 years ago. Now it’s drowning in sauce, the beef is very chewy as in get ready for a jaw workout. I only returned because of the memory of how good it used to be. I’ve finally learned my lesson that it just isn’t what it used to be and I won’t be returning.
