I got the lettuce wraps today and YUCK! First, as you can see in the photos my lettuce was far from fresh and more than one bite was nothing but chicken fat or tendon. The crispy dumplings I had were better for sure. The meal also tasted very salty, my fortune cookie was ok.

This used to be a great place with exceptional service. The food was excellent, and they knew how to take care of you. However, lately, several times, items that have been paid for have been missed from orders over and over. Usually I deal with it, but the fact that it continues to happen is ridiculous and shows the lack of improvement to quality control. Not only that, but if they miss any item you have to drive back to the restaurant to pick up what they forgot in the first place. The best thing would be to up quality control and actually learn to really take care of your customers before you continue to lose more. Not only that when you go back to pick up what they forgot to put in the bag what you already paid for, no apology is given. Not sure what the management team here is doing about training at customer service, but they should probably learn to focus on this. Especially before you lose more customers over service like this. Because you just lost an entire family over this one.

Service was perfect! From order to delivery. The place is super clean. Great easy going music and spacious seating area. The food … The new Thia Curry is pretty basic. It’s good for what it is but lacks that great punch of flavor you get for an actual Thia place. I ordered a large edamame. STAY away from this item! This is a HUGE rip off. Less than 40 pods with most being 2 beans or less. I did check with the server and she confirmed it was a large. That’s a disappointment. Egg rolls ehhh they’re ok, spring rolls were deep fried which seemed strange, The pad thia has changed. They bread and deep fry the tofu, noodles and sauce are different. Not impressed with those changes. In a pinch or to switch things up, sure I’ll be back, but not going out of my way to make a special trip if there is something closer.

Best Chinese restaurant in town and the employees are always quick, nice, and helpful, I order from there so often, most employees already know my face, name and what my order is, sometimes I feel like they make my food as soon as they see my car pull in the parking lot.

Some of my food was raw. The restaurant was very dirty. I was being very generous with the stars. The staff was very nice so that’s where my stars came from. So much left over uneaten food on tables should have given me the hint to leave before ordering. The fortune cookies were soggy and stale too.

Great place and the service is friendly and attentive. I ate the original shrimp with noodles. The shrimp was excellent and the noodles were just that noodles no flavor. But I was able to add soy, mustard, and chili sauces out of the packets to make it palatable.

Tried Pei Wei for the first time today. Wow. The flavors were amazing. Being new we kept it very basic. Sesame chicken over rice and the chicken lettuce wraps. Amazing food. Clean restaurant. Friendly service. Will definitely be coming back!!!

The food was pretty good, but not great. I got the Thai coconut curry chicken and my husband got the orange chicken. Both dishes were good, but could have been better for the price. The atmosphere was nice as well but the first thing I noticed upon seating was that the table hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.
