5-star service at this location today. We came in with a massive group (20+ people) and got several family-style “feasts” to share. Our host, Scott, and the entire kitchen crew today were awesome. Sometimes restaurants struggle to accommodate large groups (understandable) but the whole team here did great with our party, they got our food out super quickly, and were really friendly and helpful. Thanks guys! It can be hard to set yourself apart as a chain restaurant but as far as Pei Wei’s go, this one had the freshest food and nicest people of any I’ve been to.

Everyone working when we went around 3PM on April 9th was helpful and friendly! Paul was wonderful! And thank you for having actual plates to use instead of plastic! Bought the chea family meal almost$50. Was very good, but VERY skimpy on main dish protein. 75% rice 25% entree. 1 person cooking. Next time keep the dominos pizza “donuts” and please give us more of the actual main dish I ordered. I basically paid for rice and donut holes

I made a huge mistake when placing a rather large order for a birthday party at work. I ordered the food online and thought I had changed the date to the next day. When I went to pick up the food today they said the order was placed for yesterday. Instead of telling me tough they remade the order. This is top notch service. Great Food and great service. They made my mistake right when they totally did not have to.

My daughter did a call in order to be picked up. She asked them if I came with the kids that are four and seven if they could come to the car to bring us our food and for us to be able to pay for it then. They said yes. When I got there, I called to tell them we were there, and they said I would have to go in because it wasn’t paid for. I told him I had the card in the car but I’ve got two little kids that are not dressed and I didn’t want to have to get them out and take them in. I asked if I could pay over the phone & he said no. He insisted he couldn’t do anything about it so we had to all unbuckle and go in to the restaurant, the kids without clothes, to pick up our takeout food. They were basically pretty rude about it and no help at all.

My first thought when I walked in took me immediately back to Seoul and the Korean Spicy did not disappoint. I love that you can sit at the bar watching the kitchen as they work. It was even cold inside the restaurant just like you were in a restaurant in Korea. And I highly recommend the thai donuts.
