I love Pei Wei, but it’s been quite a while since I’ve been there. We were craving some lettuce wraps so we found our closest location. Our food was delicious, but they have changed the recipes since our last visit. My generals chicken was so dang spicy! The flavor was great, but the spice was a bit much.

I love pei Wei and hadn’t been there for a couple of years. Ordered takeout today. Menu has changed so much that original pei Wei spicy dish was gone, at least I couldn’t find it. Tried teriyaki chicken. Ok, but didn’t taste anything like teriyaki chicken. And I’m no longer familiar enuf with their menu to say what it was. My receipt said teriyaki chicken. This has no teriyaki flavor.

Bad service and attitude of cashier. My food was to take out. I saw and order ready I thought since I was the only one there it was mine. I asked cashier, she said that it wasn’t mine. At the end it was , it waited there 10 min ready to go by the time I got home food was cold, broccoli overcooked, I asked to make it spicy, they forgot to do it. Bad experience in general.
