Disappointing! We ordered the orange chicken and it was a total rip-off. We got nothing but tiny pieces of chicken and the quality/quantity didn’t match the price at all. The portion size looked nothing like how it was advertised. The rice wasn’t hot and tasted like leftovers. Food aside, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Don’t waste your money here, go literally anywhere else.

Ordered from this location at 1:18pm yesterday to have it delivered to me. It never came when it was supposed to (around 1:53pm) so I called at 2:14pm and asked where the order was and the guy told me “It’s still here. The delivery driver hasn’t picked it up yet. We just make the food.” I said “ok, well I placed it about an hour ago and it was supposed to be delivered 20 mins ago. I need you to cancel the order because it’s probably cold since it’s still sitting there and by the time someone decides to deliver it, I won’t even be here (at my location) anymore.” He goes, “Ok, well like I mentioned before we just make the food, we don’t deliver. Doordash actually does the delivery.” I then replied “ok, what I’m saying is I need the order canceled, had I known that it was going to be over an house since I placed the order, I would have never even ordered. The food is going to be cold and I won’t be here anymore, so I need you to cancel the order.” He then said he’d cancel my order. I asked if there would be an email confirmation that it’s been cancelled and he told me yes. Well, the only email confirmation I got was that the delivery was cancelled. They STILL charged me for the food that I never received. Don’t order from this location!!!!

We love Pei Wei! Bother my kids, my husband and myself all enjoy eating here! I almost always order the pad Thai with chicken. Pei Wei’s pad Thai is my favorite because it isn’t sweet, but instead more savory. Mongolian beef is also a personal favorite. My youngest likes the honey seared chicken with noodles and my older son almost always orders the Thai wonton soup with a side of noodles. My husband is always trying something different. We love the drinks machines they have as well! I will say that I do think the food when eating at the restaurant is slightly better than when you order takeout. But that is true for almost all take out I find. I’m also interested in trying the new cauliflower rice that they just introduced.

Pei Wei gives you PF Changs without the big bill. Always a great experience but most of the times we go the soda machine is out of sodas which wouldn’t be a big issue unless you can only drink diet soda. But the food is on point and has great flavor. Love the honey chicken ♡ I love the lettuce wraps but hubby hates to put them together so no more for me

Ordered two entrées at 8:20pm. The staff was only putting delivery orders and some walkins! Everyone that came in before me got the their order within 10 minutes! I finally got up at 8:45 and asked them what the problem with my order? The guy says they were waiting on the orange chicken! He lied because they didn’t fix my order until I asked where it was. The staff all kept looking at me, waiting and didn’t even ask me what was wrong? I don’t want to play the race card, but I’m african American…..but no african American cooks or staff! Very disappointed! Then he offered me a free brownie for an apology! Didn’t get my order until 40mins later!

Crossroads RV TRAVELS

My food was so salty I could only eat a few bites. I should have sent it back but I didn’t. Our table was dirty with sticky left overs from the people before us. I just have not been happy the last couple of times, the reason for the poor food review.
