They are short-staffed. The food is good. But they need more people to work there. Not clean tables and restrooms.

This used to be a great place for better than the usual Asian/Chinese food. It doesn’t seem like the same place since the pandemic. There used to be a young man who was a sort of customer service Ambassador for this location and I haven’t seen him in ages. The dining room doesn’t seem to be as well cleaned. The counter staff and the staff who brings your food out is indifferent. It’s just not as pleasant as it used to be. We might as well order takeout.

I love spicy food, but this is intolerable and inappropriately spicy. I literally can’t eat my dinner—it’s the spiciest dish I’ve ever been served. Again, I typically love spicy food (I even travel with my own hot sauce), but this isn’t edible.

Ordered the Firecracker chicken with fried rice. Chicken was over cooked and inedible while the fried rice was lackluster and missing basic ingredients like egg. Pei Wei he always been a favorite but won’t be back to this location anymore.

I should have known better when I walked in and the staff outnumbered the patrons. I ordered Kung pao chicken, seasme chicken, egg rolls, and a shrimp appetizer. The Kung pao could not have been prepared the way that they intended. I think the chef accidentally spilled chili oil or a quarter cup of red chili flakes into the preparation. It was filled with dark red chili and was practically inedible. We tried to remove it and eat what we could, but it was too hot. We shared the sesame chicken. The shrimp were served over a salad and dressed with a sweet and spicy mayonnaise. Mayonnaise. The next day I was sick from the overly spicy dish. I don’t plan to return to Pei Wei.

Well once again we ordered 3 meals . Didn’t get the correct orders delivered . Didn’t get our deserts . Seems like these companies are getting worse every day. They sure don’t mind taking our $$$$ but can’t even get a order correct .

Went for my second time to this location and was skeptical at first based off the reviews. But I thought they were doing good because they prepared the food quickly and gave it to me. But this last visit is my last because of a hair that wasn’t mine was in the food. I threw the entire meal away as soon as I seen it. BEWARE EVERYONE… And hope its different for everyone else. UPDATE FOR APRIL 17, 2022— I found more hair in my food. If you guys can just exclude the hair a little more maybe I’d be able to eat the food instead of throwing it away. I’d strongly recommend to anybody going to this location to check for hair since they tend to include it in the food quite often…..

Food was the same as it is at any pei Wei (which I would say is quite yummy), but the guy ringing us up would barely pay enough attention to get the order right. We had to repeat ourselves because he was either too busy talking to one of the other guys about something irrelevant or straight up just looking at his phone.

I’ve loved PeiWei for the longest. They have had some of my very favorite dishes over time. The main concern that I’ve really had is when they discontinue a dish that I love, but I suppose that’s to be expected. They used to have a Japanese Steak and Shrimp dish that was amazing.

I just received an order of what was supposed to be chicken fried rice and it was truly disgusting. The rice was clumped, overcooked, and not in the least fried. The chicken was very chewy so I looked closely and it wasn’t cooked well. Inside was pink. The order went in the trash immediately. Waste of money and now I have no dinner. Wish I could put zero stars.
