Worst food I’ve eaten in a long time I ordered the shareable yum yum shrimp shrimp were not breaded air-fried just shrimp in sauce can I order the shareable wonton soup you’re better off getting dumplings out of the Frozen aisle in the grocery store these dumplings were not good at all. There was also slimy old lettuce underneath the yum yum shrimp as well as their tea dispensers had no lids to let dust dirt debris and bugs fall into the tea

We went in a bit late, our bad, didn’t notice the time. Placed a to go order. All of the food looked fine except the bourbon chicken. It literally barely covered the almost full bowl of rice that it was placed on. Maybe because it was late they ran out? Felt like I paid almost 13 bucks for a 3 dollar bowl of rice with a few slices of chicken on it.

I have been going to this particular pei wei for about 12 years and it use to be my favorite restaurant. Now it is so disappointing. They put the very minimal amount of sauce now and charge extra for a tiny bit more. I get lettuce wraps every time I come and always ask for no Scallions. This time the lady working there told me “ Scallions don’t come on lettuce wraps” and when I receive my food it has and Absurd amount of scallions. When I complained about it they told me sorry we’ve just been busy today. And when they brought out the teriyaki chicken and forgot my extra sauce and took them five minutes to get my extra sauce. The food just comes out looking so sloppy and I’m not sure if I will be coming back or not it hurts to say that my one’s favorite spot is now unflattering. Also this is how I received my food noddles had no sauce but I asked for sauce and my daughters teriyaki chicken. So disappointed.

I would give them a zero if I could. I stood in line and no one ever came to take my order. The young man that was supposed to take the orders was in the lobby playing around with young lady taking the dine in guest their food. When he finally made his way to the register he still didn’t acknowledge that I was there. I shouldn’t have to ask your employee to take my order. I ended up leaving and not ordering anything.
