It was very good food. The people were very kind and an excellent atmosphere that is clean and inviting! It is a little pricey for what you get. But as long as my son will eat it I will get it. He is an extremely picky eater, so much he went to therapy for it for years and he loved the food which was relieving and exciting!

Despite the bad reviews we decided to stop by and give it a try and we were pleasantly surprised. The food came out quickly and I felt the portions were appropriate. Keith was working that afternoon and he was very attentive and friendly. Overall we had a good experience and we plan to go back to this location.

I requested the chicken and broccoli and received the beef and broccoli. Turns out my husband ordered the wrong thing for me (1 star for the husband). They were willing to make me the chicken and take my order back. I declined because beef and broccoli is good, too. My only complaint is that even though we were not there during a busy time, the tables were not clean and the drink station needed picked up and ice machine refilled.

A few years ago, I loved this Pei Wei. Then, like many other reviewers, I witnessed its decline with shoddy and inconsistent quality. A month ago, I’d had enough when our order was awful. I left them a terrible review in the app, but the very next day, the manager called me.

Food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great (expected with chain restaurant food honestly). Service was less than par, as my wife’s food was delivered in as expected. My food took nearly 30minutes to get to the table. I’ve worked fast food and formal dining. Portion controlled food, that is tossed into a wok, topped with sauce and brought to a boil for a moment doesn’t take 30minutes order to table side.
