Service was impressively quick and friendly. The food was good, however the proportion of carbs (rice or noodles) was excessive to the entree. I may order the entree separately next time, so that it is more obvious how much they skimp on the main dish. I am more interested in the entree and am not much interested in the side.

Pei Wei is good but the portion sizes are so small & Even when you order extra meat you don’t even get it. This location used to be really good the portion sizes would be a good amount but they downgraded a lot.

I had a marvelous experience here at Pei Wei. Got the family feast recently to share with a group of friends. The portions were pretty good sizes and the crab wontons were really good as well. They have kept the establishment well cleaned and it’s always a plus to get a good fortune out of the fortune cookies. I will be sure to be back.

First time coming to this location. I moved from Surprise to Phoenix recently and was thinking that I would experience the same as back in Surprise and we’ll no. I did an online order and all I needed to do was pickup. There is two entrances here just like the other location. I went through the take out entrance because that is what it was. There was one person ahead of me in the non takeout entrance and they were being helped when I walked in. There was others that walked in after me. The young man helping customers finished with the person ahead of me and then helped another person that walked in after me, then another, then another, then another until I couldn’t hold my tongue anymore. I counted about 5 customers he helped ahead of me despite seeing me standing there. I just walked to his peer who was handling giving customers their orders and I explained that so many people had gone ahead of me and please just give me my order. My wife ordered ahead so I can just be in and out but no on that too. She didn’t acknowledge my complaint and checked on my order and said we have not gotten to it yet, we are still working on it. I watched as my meal was cooked right there. Why order ahead then? I got my meal and walked out. I am not happy one but. In a time where customer service is so important there was no empathy, acknowledgement or even a shred of care. That does it for me with this chain. Unless my wife really wants it I am not going anymore. Such a shame.

The staff at this Pei Wei were BEYOND helpful. I told them what I am used to ordering elsewhere and they gave me a great experience. Food was absolutely amazing and came extremely fast. (Grilled Bourbon Chicken all the WAY) highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good quick meal!

I can write a whole paragraph about this location! I came in for my first time ever and I was very unsure of what to get. The cashier helped me out with selecting a dish that is popular, which was the Kung Pao Chicken with Fried Rice. I was skeptical at first about the dish but once I got it, it look delicious! I dove right into it and man oh man it was soo good. The place was clean and was pretty busy at the time, but there was still space to sit. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of its cleanliness, friendly workers and great food as well.

Eh. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s ok. This last go around my friend and I thought the food was more watery than usual. I tried the spicy Korean steak and thought it was good. The Pad Thai was ok. Easy in and out service for take out.
