I have lived in tukee for years. Been here a TON. It’s been about a year so stopped in. It’s in a “higher end” shopping plaza. This place was so disgusting inside. About 5 employees visible, around 520pm on a Sunday. Very quiet, yet none of them cleaned up the drink area, that was covered with spilled drinks, wrappers, used napkins and a water mess all over the floor by the soda machines, being tracked all throughout restaurant. It actually smelled like a restroom. People are supposed to eat there? They did manage to throw wet floor signs, right on top of the mess. I took pictures and will be contacting corporate. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous with all of them literally standing around. Do better.

Great change of pace for lunch. Food freshly made and very tasty. More variety dishes offered than a Panda express. Tried it because of bogo50% on two entrées. Brought cost down to reasonable prices. Didn’t give 5 stars, because if you don’t have coupon it can be expensive.

This is a great location. The space is clean, bright and open. The food is amazing, fresh,and flavorful. I had the Thai coconut curry and it was delicious. The iced tea is among my favorites. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I hadn’t been in a while, and I heard that PW had changed some of its menu and recipes. I got my regular Pad Thai chicken that I had eaten for 10+ yrs. Boy, was it different, watered down noodles and the chicken was under cooked. I was surprised because we used to love to go to PW. My daughter’s white rice was hard. The tables were dirty, it just wasn’t the same. And the cook was different, bring back the mexis!

Feel like this location keeps declining in quality. And after this last visit, think we’re done visiting for a while. I ordered the tofu Kung Pao. The tofu was so overcooked, it was like cardboard. I brought it up to the register where the host was vigorously rubbing his nose with his hands ( ) – and I asked if it could be remade. They did remake it, but it came back looking exactly the same — fried to a crisp. I took a slice of tofu from our order of pad Thai to show the difference. At this point, I figured it wasn’t getting any better. At 8:15, the kitchen started cleaning by literally throwing buckets of water at the wall. I’ve worked back of house, so good luck getting your commercial hood to last long if that counts as cleaning. Like I said, think we’ll take a break until a more conscientious crew is in place.

I ordered the beef and broccoli. I was not aware that I had to request lean meat and not fatty gristle meat when I placed my order. The flavors themselves I would give a four star positive meat quality I would give a one and a half. The staff I would give five stars.

I usually never write reviews but I ordered six entrees and the food was HORRIBLE! I basically paid for rice. There was very little vegetables and a very small portion of protein that was unedible. There was chicken, shrimp and steak and it was overcooked and old; it definitely was not fresh. The protein was grisly and chewy with all the entrees. I realize this is not gourmet dining, but this was unedible. There is more flavor, protein and vegetables in a frozen meal from the supermarket. I tried calling the restaurant at 8:40 pm but noone answered. I suppose because they close at 9pm. I have been to other PeiWei restaurants and I know the food can be pretty good. This was a huge disappointment. I wanted to treat my family with a nice takeout meal, which I rarely do and it was terrible! I would give this no stars or a negative rating if I could. I will never return to this PeiWei again.
