The coconut curry was well balanced. Sweetness of the coconut with a little heat. The chicken lettuce wraps had nice crunch along with a good amount of chicken. The edamame was well salted. The Mongolian beef was tender and quite good. I would have liked more green onion and a little more crisp on the steak, but overall pretty good.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I have always loved Pei wei and tonight my dinner was pathetic. I got the smallest amount of food and when I asked the employee about it she said that’s just how it is. Even though my boyfriend ms bowl had literally twice the amount of food in it. I am very sad about this experience and will not be returning. The photo I have here is my food before I started eating. You can see how pathetic the bowl looks.

Great food and excellent customer service from the ladies that were working tonight. We had the General Tso chicken and their NEW! Firecracker chicken. Both were hot, tasty, and very flavorful. *update* They really need more than one cook. The orders get backed up and now, the wait times are really long.

Absolutely FREEZING in the dining area. Turn down the fans and have the AC units not fully blasting each table. Food got cold instantly and was very uncomfortable to sit there longer than 5 minutes .

What a great experience @ Pei Wei in Surprise today! The NEW spicy Drunken Noodle dish was incredible and the Dan Dan Noodles are always on point! We love the Surprise location, the staff are great, the food is fast & fresh, and the atmosphere is clean & pleasant. Highly recommended this location!

Literally the worse location in all of Phoenix please go to ANY other location. I love pei wei and eat it at least once a week, whenever i order delivery from this location it’s like they go out of their way to make sure your order is HORRIBLE. It’s not a one time incidence, this location is horrible every. Single. Time. I order. The best location is downtown phx .

I’m really disappointed by them tonight. Ordered takeout, waited 45 minutes only to have them tell us they were out of everything. Their words. “Everything.” Have some respect and call your customers or update your OWN website if takeout items are no longer available. 45 minutes we waited, we even walked in at 30 minutes and the cashier didn’t know the password to the register. Am I even getting a refund? Tried calling, waited 5 minutes with no answer.

I really regret coming here, wasabi crunch rolls tasted stale, grocery store quality. The orange chicken has no flavor, tasted weird and was only edible with tons of spicy mustard, every table was filthy, looks like the seats hadn’t been wiped in weeks, they were greasy and full of what looked like dog hair.
