I have gone to this location a few times. The firs time was great but subsequent times is gets worse. The presentation of the food is just food thrown on a plate, looks nothing like the photos of what the food is presented as. The portions are also getting smaller and smaller with each visit. Today was the last time I will go to Pei Wei, the lunch dish was about 1/3 of what the prior visit have been. A bowl FULL of rice with 1/3 of a portion for full price. The staff are nice but the consistency of the food is massively lacking – not a good value for your money.

From the moment we stepped up to order the person behind the register appeared to be annoyed, gruff and barely communicative. Then proceeded to get part of our order wrong. Inside tables were uneven and the place smelled. We went outside to find tables with bird poop and and a layer of dirt and grit. Our food arrived and at best was just mediocre. None of us could finish our meals. Overall, a poor experience.

There were 6 in our party, 3 of us had full plates of food and 3 of us had more rice than anything. My daughter counted 4 pieces of chicken in her entree. When I asked an employee about the difference in portion size, I was told “That’s the portion size, there isn’t more in one bowl it just looks like there’s more because there’s carrots and snap peas.” The taste of the food was good but the inconsistency of portion sizes and ridiculous employee response was enough to make us not want to come back.

I used to come here somewhat regularly with my coworkers, recently I came here with my partner for a lunch date. When the food was brought there was a mix up and the waitress didn’t know what she had brought us, then my partner realized that she had received the wrong thing, our dishes were not swapped they were both made with incorrect rice.

At one time Pei Wei was my favorite place hands down. Recently its just not consistent. An employee reached out apologized and gave me a giftcard which I appreciate since the meal i ordered for pick up and took home was too spicy to even take a second bite of. The food was almost red and had a passive amount of chili flakes in it and it was described at tangy not hot. I gave it another try and unfortunately its just too inconsistent. We got a family feast 1 item was definitely not something we ordered and other item were not consistent with how they usually taste. They need to work on consistency and would love if they brought back their old recipes. I’ll give it another try eventually.

This has to be at least the 4th time I’ve tried to order from this brainless establishment. I have limited options from work and ordered delivery again, they team up with the worst delivery service on earth, doordash, they have no idea what they’re doing. They were 30 minutes late on my order, I call them to see what’s up, of course they dont know, they offer no suggestions on how to rectify, it like talking to a wall. Now she gives me the option to cancel with refund or she can see if she can find another driver….maybe she should have done that 30 minutes ago. So I still want my food, I had to suggest to remake this now 30 minute old food, she did not offer…gross. Again, if it weren’t for limited options I would never order here, the managers are absent and the performance is just sad, grow up Pei Wei, it’s not that hard.
