Fair prices and average food. This place used to be busy all the time but the portions have gotten smaller, the prices have gone up and the inside tables are always sticky and need wiped.

Went to Pei Wei for the 1st time today and we were pleasantly surprised. Ordered take out and didn’t have to wait long at all. We ordered the Firecracker chicken and Bourbon chicken and both were delicious. Definitely recommended!

I went to Pei Wei for dinner after we had received a coupon in the mail. The coupon was for 2 entrees for $16 dine in only. Seems like a great deal. We ordered Drunken Noodles with chicken and Firecracker chicken. The Drunken Noodles were not very good. The noodles were way overcooked and mushy. They put too much sauce on them. The pieces of chicken were tasty, however. My girl got the Firecracker Chicken and we both agree it was terrible. The chicken was so heavily breaded it didn’t even taste like chicken. It tasted very doughy. They also over-sauced this dish and despite the menu saying it was a spicy dish, it was way too sweet. It had no heat spice to it all, just overpowering sweetness. We had to scrape off most of the sauce to eat it. I honestly would eat at Panda Express in a heartbeat over Pei Wei and it’s cheaper and better quality. This Pei Wei location was clean and the employees were friendly which was this restaurant’s best attribute. The food however was awful and very low quality.

This restaurant’s biggest issue is consistency, as indicated by the reviews. We have gotten take-out from here several times since moving here three years ago. A couple of times, the food was mediocre at best. Once we got someone else’s order… but the last few times we’ve ordered, the food has been very good and correct. We like the mongolian beef and have been very pleased. It is a good alternative to P.F. Chang’s expensive, overly salted version. My hope is that the owners read this and keep up the positive trend. We would like to keep ordering from this restaurant!

For being one of the only Pei Wei’s in Vegas, it’s unfortunate how bad of service they provide. You don’t get greeted, the host Kassandra just stares at you until she’s ready to take your order. They have no prioritization skills and clearly no customer service skills. Super dissatisfied and disappointed because we loved going here in Arizona but this location gives it a bad name. Additionally, They have no one serving the food and the dinning room remains dirty, not having space for anyone to sit.

Food is ok but a bit pricey unless you have coupons or discounts.

The lady who took our order later delivered our food to our table was super sweet. It was the best experience I’ve ever had there. I wish I got her name to be able to give her a good review.
