My experience was horrible. Just dish out leftover food and without been warm Goat meat was so bad taste I assumed I bought only pounded yam. I can’t patronize them ever again.

This was my first time in the restaurant and it was for a mother’s day fashion show . It was a nice location. When you walk in its the restaurant and in the back they have a bar. The drinks was strong and ran around $8 dollar which wasn’t bad. I didn’t use public transportation but I saw a bus do come to the area. Its in a shopping center so plenty of free parking.

First time eating African food, can’t pronounce what I had other than fufu! Absolutely delicious, and the staff are warm, informative and inviting! This place is a must visit!

This place is not the same! I called during regular business hours to place a order but the lady told me she was about to leave…. what? Isn’t this supposed to be a business? Second try they microwaved my pre made food… last strike is the food is not flavorful like it use to be. Something is missing. There are many African restaurants to choose from. I give up!

Lady claims she keeps the doors locked during the day for safety. Ordered through Doordash and driver couldn’t get in so they canceled my order. Spoke to lady who said to reorder than ordered from grub hub and same thing happened order canceled. I should’ve read the reviews first. This place is trash.

This restaurant isn’t what it used be, you should have two people working so they can take turns in taking a break. It’s bad customer service to call at 3pm to order some food and you are being that she’s on break till 4:45pm who goes on break for almost 2 hours. Not surprised owned by Nigerians!! Just typical!!

Not what i expected but overall an ok place to party if you like todays “hip hop” music. No african music what so ever…i assumed because its an african restaurant they would play afro-carribean mix. I stayed maybe 45 mins and ran for the door. I dont care for the new hip hop, trap music so it wasnt my cup if tea, but everyone has their preference.

The food here is so good. I always get egusi, cow skin and okra. They never disappoint. My only complaint is you have to catch them. They are not open most of the time.

This place is not the original Peju Lounge. They have moved a couple of doors down. It is now a little hole in the wall.. That was ok by me, but i paid $21.00 for the Three meat dinner with side of spinach. What i got was a piece of stale fish and 4 tiny pieces of i think was beef, which i was not sure of, so i did not eat…Along with that i got a large container of rice which was hard and you could tell had been sitting for a couple of days. The seasoning was good but food was not enjoyable at all.
