What a charming place with great food! After an afternoon of walking the area my wife and I stopped at Pekadill’s for a sandwich. We are glad we did. My wife got a beef sandwich on rye and loved it. I got their rendition of a Reuben called a Steuben (I believe). It was great!

Pekadill’s is a local favorite and a must for tourists! The quality of the food is always consistently excellent and the portions are substantial. My favorite soup is creamy chicken tortellini, favorite sandwich is the Sueben on a croissant, and when I want a healthy Whole30 meal, I get the Super Salad and sub out the cheese and dressing for extra green olives. Everything here is so good! Summer is extra special because they offer barbecue ribs and chicken breast and cheesy potatoes. They are the best ribs I’ve ever had! This place never disappoints!

A great sandwich shop that always stacks their sandwiches high with delicious meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Their soups are also fantastic too. Also during the summer their outdoor seating area out back is perfect for enjoying the wonderful weather while having some great food and enjoying the company of your friends.

We stopped at this quaint place as a recommendation from my sister. We were touring scenic Lakeshore drive from N.Muskegon to Montague while reminiscing our childhood days. We now live in Atlanta but grew up in the Whitelake area nearly 40 years ago. Unfortunately, no pictures of the food but we did pick up some soup to go (for Mom) and my wife and I shared a Sueben –very good, especially with the coleslaw. Wish we had more time to enjoy their patio seating. Stop by if you are in the area; like us, you wil enjoy a nostalgic moment with good food!

Small town sandwich shop with friendly, efficient service and a beautiful seating area. Pekadills has a very wide menu of various sandwiches, soups and wraps and despite the fact that it’s always busy, they have a quick and efficient ordering system. All staff were friendly and courteous as well. The outdoor dining garden was beautifully maintained as well. Only issue is that the food was very average. Not bad, but not exceptional. I came with a party of 5 and everyone seemed to agree. Would come back though to try different menu items and give it another chance.
