This is mine and my partners favorite take out spot! Peking always has the freshest food and their friendliness/hospitality always makes our day. Specifically Linda, the hostess, she’s a sweet heart! The service is always great, we are treated like family, they really go above and beyond with friendliness and good food. Best place in Hazard for gourmet Chinese food! Highly recommend!

The last we ate there the restaurant smelled like sewage from the restrooms. I think they have a plumbing problem. Also, the young boy who looks as he is not old enough to be waiting tables was our server. He doesn’t do a job at all. They need adult staff.

While on a spur of the moment trip through Appalachia we stopped in Hazard Friday evening to get some food before heading out to Buckhorn SP. SO glad we stopped here! They were out of snow peas so the lady suggested I try the Imperial Beef. It was amazing! The Shrimp Fried rice was the best I’ve EVER had! Hubby got the Sesame Chicken and loved it! He got Lo Mein and it was made from regular spaghetti pasta but was really good! We should have split a meal! We had WAY too much food and could not make ourselves throw it away so we packed it in the cooler and had it when we got back home and it was still yummy! We had to wait a bit while they cooked the food but we enjoyed the water feature and had a wonderful conversation with ‘The Duchess’! We will return here anytime we are down in Hazard!
