2nd time ordering and delivery. Everything was OK just don’t ever get the lobster fried rice. The lobster was very chewy. Chewy you ask? Yes it was. I would suggest they remove that from their menu if they’re not going to use real lobster. Very disappointed.

If I am in the Fishkill Plains area this is the Chinese Restaurant of choice for me. Tonight I enjoyed the General Tso chicken combo and a shrimp roll. The sauce was perfect. Does not make you feel too full and is perfect for a quick, tasty lunch or dinner. Very easy to place a telephone order and my food was ready and hot when I arrived. Thank you very much for a great quick dinner on the go. I will be back.

This was at 3 stars but after a few hours my family had gotten sick. Chang ying was closed so I figured I give this place a try never again. I had the chicken combo with crab sticks and scallops. Not only was the rice dry like it was sitting around but it was un flavored as well as the chicken it was really bland. The crab stick meat was ok but it was over breaded and the scallops were good but overall will not be coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! they were EXTREMELY rude to my parents and friend. We went there for lunch and they gave my dad a lot of attitude when we simply want to place an order as if it’s our fault their dishes piled up. And they told our friend (he has a heavy accent) to go learn how to speak English if he wants to live here which was WAY out of line. Not to mention their food is not that great either if you don’t care about the blatant racism. NEVER going here or recommending anyone eat here again. This is a disgrace.
