Ordered 2 house special (#3) which are clearly labeled on their paper menu as coming with pork fried rice. The delivery order came with no fried rice. I gave a call and am told that the house specials don’t come with fried rice. Why then, is it labeled as such on the paper menu? Why does your paper menu that you give customers not match the menu that customers can also order from online?

Awful customer service! Spent almost 70 dollars today and got home the chicken tasted old like it was cooked days before they gave me pork fried rice instead of house fried rice and the cracked out employee who smelt of cigarettes with a fragile ego was no help. Place is dirty lady in front and cook both made no effort to help change order definitely a waste of money old gross food! Not worth the money

Bought the “Happy Family” but it only made me sad. It was horrible. The shrimp was raw, the chicken was super salty (and I like my salt) the veggies were mushy. Not recommended plenty of other great restaurants in town.

I have been looking for a good Chinese food place. I have tried a lot of the different Chinese food places in this area. Some were just super expensive. I thought this was fairly reasonable. I thought the portion was generous and it was really tasty. The person who took the order over the phone was fine and the delivery guy was very friendly. I am glad that I did not pay attention to the negative reviews.

Horrible service.. I place an order for delivery one the deliver took almost an hour after i was told half hour two the person on the phone told me to have my id ready i did and when the driver arrived i had it but did not have my CC handy and i was unable to go back into my house to retrieve it for other reasons. i explained this to the driver and he gave me a very hard time. i simply told him i am sorry then please take your food back. I called to complain and the person on the phone gave me an attitude and hung up on me..great customer service… i will never order from this place again.. I could actually see my name on the receipt and my full address is on my id yet he still wanted to look at the credit card.. horrible service. and this is not the first time i receive bad service from them but third time you loose my business.
