We got take out from here and went home to eat it and we all get sick from the food. Should have know not to eat the food when one of the employees we sitting out front with no shoes on. Asked if I could get a refund since we all got sick and they said I needed to get a doctor’s note for the refund. So they want me to spend more money then what we paid for the food to get the refund. I said I would bring back the food that we didn’t eat (pretty much the whole thing) and they said no refund. Must have doctor’s note. It is because they know we won’t get the doctor’s note so they don’t have to give the refund. I guess business is that bad that they need to not make good on the issues they have.

The place was slow for a Sunday afternoon, so i got my take out food right away. Pork fried rice and egg roll were great, the boneless spare ribs so so. Masks are expected, and it doesn’t look like they’re doing dining in.

Food is OK. However every time I order, 2 mins after placing order online, they call you if you have not added a tip to the order and blatantly ask if you are going to tip on your card, if not they request you to. I prefer to give cash tips and calling customers for tips is very, very unprofessional. Tips are a courtesy from the customer in appreciation of your service. You are never supposed to ask for a tip also, my order status informs delivery time is expected in a little over an hour. I am only a few mins away. That’s not great service and then for you to call inquiring about a tip and you haven’t delivered is even worse. Disappointed! Makes the customer know you only care about your money and don’t care about the quality of food or giving good services to customers.

I spent $110.00 for a large family dinner. Shrimp tempura roll was over fried so much we couldn’t even bite it. And then my 6 year old finds a piece of a plastic bag IN the egg roll she was eating. We are lucky this didnt get it stuck in her throat. When I went back to say something I was told “no problem” like it was no big deal. Well it is a big deal. I think the words you are looking for are ” very sorry”.

Basil fried rice didn’t have any basil, chicken chow mein had no noodles, in what world does chow mein not have noodles? Eggs rolls were the only redeeming part of the meal. Won’t be back.

The food that I ordered ( 4 combi ation dinners that cost $60.00) came cold,dry, oily,tasted old, and the soup tasted like dirty dishwater. When I called to complain I was told that they would give me a discount next time I ordered. I told them that there would never be a next time. I would not take food from them even if the gave it to me for free

Just placed a late order pick up and egg drop soup tasted like dirty water, the chicken tasted like it was spoiled and refried again (not sure how) even the rice tasted spoiled. I’m hoping i don’t get sick. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN THIS PLACE.
