Stopped in for a drink and some appetizers. The location and atmosphere is great, looking over the Bayou Teche just behind the restaurant. The inside looks like it’s a great place as well, it was getting crowded as a band prepared to play for the evening. The food however was not on the same level. The fried crawfish bites were tasty but the fried pickles and pirouge were mostly batter and bread.

First time here, the burgers are pretty good and I loved the onion rings. Nice outdoor area and liked the patio. Service was pretty slow. She was very nice but it was a late lunch and very few people there. Took about 1.5hrs start to finish. I’d go back and hope it was an off day.

First visit. Only had 8 patrons at 1:30pm. Food was great. Service was slow. Waitress too busy talking with other waitress. Tried getting her attention several times. Noticed that one patron appeared to be a regular and received constant attention. Still left a tip for waitress hoping for future improvement.

Cute place with nice outdoor seating. We started out the with super tasty crawfish kickers and jalepeño poppers. The crab burger was awesome and the lightly battered catfish po’ boy and onion rings were delicious. The oyster dinner platter was huge and very good as well. Our server was friendly and attentive.

We live close by, so we order pick up pretty often. Food was lacking. Ordered catfish and fries. There was barely a half serving of fries on the plate. Asked to be sure to include tartar sauce and got none. Ordered grilled shrimp and got fried shrimp. Ordered a stuffed crab, and my fiance said it was inedible. I tasted it and agreed that the flavor and quality of food is not what it used to be. On a separate occasion, I ordered the hamburger steak, and it could hardly be considered that. It was very small in size and nowhere close to what it was when it was ordered in the past.
