Hire some help! The poor girl working alone had way too much going on for one person. Also if you’re going to have an outdoor area to sit. At least clean it up. Spray for bugs. Provide a trashcan. We were also told you can only get one napkin per snowball ok. I literally had to go to my car s get wipes. We ordered 45.00 worth of snowballs and we can’t get some extra napkins?

The best place to get your snocone fix! I am currently trying to complete their 100 flavor challenge. They have some sweet (*wink* *wink*) flavors. Family fun, outdoors (watch out for the bees) all kinds of fun. Good for small to medium sized groups.

Kayla at pelicans went above and beyond with her customer service right at closing time. We have came before and others just flip their sign to closed and she smiled and said how could she help us. My three kids and I ordered and she was so upbeat the whole time. This is why I come to the springs rd location. Also we asked for whipped cream and she filled in the middle and on top! Workers like this is appreciated! Way to go Kayla!
