I’ve always had a pleasant experience here with the staff! They are friendly and don’t mind a nice conversation! During rush hour (between 12:30 – 2:30PM) it can take quite a while to get your food, but that’s because it’s super busy. I have had a few experiences where some of the items on my sandwiches are missing (lettuce and tomato), but I just make sure to double specify that on my next time there! I love coming here.

Foods not bad, but way over priced for quality. Giving a bad review primarily due to service, took 30 minutes to get two cold subs, and it was not busy. The counter employees were rude and didn’t acknowledge customers. Seemed like management needs to train these guys a lot more!

I love Penn Station on Liberty Ave.. They have the best bread. Even when it’s toasted it’s still soft and that’s what I love about it The Staff here are the greatest! They make you feel welcomed!! If their any problems they are more then happy to fix it for you. I highly recommend to others to stop by and give their food a try.

I haven’t been here in awhile but after my experience on 3/28/23 at lunch time, I will not return. The African American lady who works there was so loud and unprofessional swearing in front of customers. If your employees don’t care on how they represent your company then your customers will not care to spend their hard earned money there…very embarassing.

Ordered online a classic grilled Italian sub and a sweet tea there system didn’t put it in till 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time according to the rude old female cashier save your self sometime skip online order longer than just walking in. Walked out 30 minutes later

Can’t even enter the restaurant because it’s plagued with gangster punks that hang out in front of the restaurant all day and nite and there is nothing done about it very dangerous and very unsafe .I like the food but I will but will NEVERvisit the restaurant ever again.
