order was made completely wrong and got the wrong size of fries after i already had to go up and ask for them because they forgot about them. and they werent even full fries. just little left over bits. terrible customer service and awful accuracy. genuinely the worst penn station i have ever went to.

Very good fresh made subs. Made in house rolls, and fresh cut flash fried French fries. Staff was very friendly and even gave our daughter a chocolate chip cookie for free since it was late in the evening. Will be back when on the area.

We came in tonight at 7:15 and they said they were only serving cold sandwiches. They don’t close until 8. As we walked off they were laughing. It seems like this place is never open/ closing early. This location is also ALWAYS dirty. It sucks because the food is good. Seems like laziness to me.
