Came in to try Penn Station subs for the first time. I was the only customer in the store and I was told there was a large order ahead of me and that I would have to wait 15 mins to even put my order in. I don’t have much time on my lunch break so it’s disappointing.

Cheese steak was good, but it was TINY! We did a taste test compared to Jersey Mikes around the corner. Both were about $15. Penn Station wasn’t bad, but it definitely lost because of being HALF the size.

ordered last night 40 minutes before close. through doordash, yall didnt even attempt to make my food before you closed. it said preparing for 30 minutes, then yall cancelled it and i only got a $10 refund for $40 worth of food. i get you want to close on time but the app wouldnt let you order unless there is enough time to order. also i know it only takes less than 10 minutes to make a sandwich. dont cheat people out of their money like that.
