Upon walking in, I felt like I was in a true authentic Sub shop!!! I knew what I wanted before I walked in, I had to try their Reuben, and they’re Italian sub. Both subs were excellent!!! But the Italian sub really ranked high on my personal charts!!! An Italian sub (hero, Grinder) is an art form, or should be!!! Hitting on the right combination of meats,bread and cheese is what makes this an art form!!! To me a good Italian sub should be eaten plain!!!! No lettuce tomato, mayonnaise or mustard !!!! Only a few good pickle spears( another thing I’m really picky about),or some hot pickle relish. Anyways I let them make the sandwich their way, it did have mayonnaise on it, but hey I’m a firm believer in mayonnaise on any sandwich, just usually not on my Italian sandwich but this Italian sub was good the way they make it, “their way”!! Easily the best I’ve had anywhere near here, including most of Charlotte!!!! The service was great here, they had 5 or 6 people behind the counter and they all worked well together. They do hand cut their french fries here which I can appreciate!!! On their menu it said love at first bite and it was too for me!!!! I’m going back again tomorrow for lunch and get me another Italian all for myself, and I’m trying their fries also!!!! I truly highly recommend this place for an awesome sub experience!!!!!!!!!

The atmosphere, food , and employees are all Amazing. My favorite is the grilled club or the grilled Italian. They give you a load of fries with amazing customer service. They make sure you have everything you need before you leave. I absolutely love this place. I’m so glad they put one in Dallas!

Amazing subs! I had the Reuben! The fries are to die for and huge portion! Store was so busy. You could tell they were working hard to handle the business. Everyone was nice! I will definitely be back again! Bonus at our house****The chocolate chip cookies are a must!

Ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steaks and Fries online. Picked up at window. Order was hot and fresh. Food tasted great but was somewhat greasy. Maybe next time a cold cut club. They give you a lot of fries. I ordered smalls.

Tika took my order over the phone, the area I was driving through had horrible service and she was so patient and called me back not once but TWICE, and made sure my order was correct. Today was my first time eating here and when I picked it up through the drive thru window Takiya rang me up and got me my order super fast, she was very sweet! Placed an online order and picked it up from the drive thru window. An AA female opened the window and didn’t speak a word. I told her I had an order to pick up and gave her my name and she looked at me so hateful and walked away. I watched her walk past the window multiple times and finally a different lady got me my order. This being a new location you would think the staff would be hired to be friendly to draw in customers but it’s the exact opposite. Business won’t be good if they keep hiring rude staff who want to get paid but not do anything or help their customers. Fries were burnt and it is pricy but that’s beyond the point of my complaint. Hire better people who actually want to work.

Food is delicious if you go in the day time! But the night shift ! I’ve been twice after 8PM an 9 PM and both my subs barely had meat but had a ton of sauté onions! Fries where pre cooked hanging over grease and re-dipped when ordered, so by the time I drove 2min. Down the road they where cold an too hard too eat!

I was really excited about going to this place today …. I took my wife to get supper for us and our two boys …. We don’t eat pork or beef so I politely asked if they could accommodate us …. They acted as if we were speaking from another world….. I paid $68 dollars for 4 subs and 4 small fries … way too much …. When we got our food home the portions were the size of a food truck They should really be ashamed of themselves … it’s almost like they just threw our food together and it was not good ….two of the subs were teriyaki chicken and I tasted no teriyaki….no one spoke to us they spelled my name like a 2nd grader … I spent wayyyy too much money for this …if I could have given a minus 10 I would have … worst experience in a very long time .
