Just had delivery from them, the only meat I wanted was salami, there was literally 1 half of 1 peice of salami on the whole thing. Asked for tomato, about 1.5 inches of a tomato slice. So I paid a ridiculous amount for their expensive sub, and had 1 good bite…..never again. I feel used. ( I got a snack size). My husband’s Phillips cheese steak was no better.

I visited the Mint Hill location last Saturday and was really happy with my experience. I ordered a regular Italian and a chicken Caesar wrap. Both were made fresh to order and delicious. Yasmine and the team are great and I’ll definitely go back to try other things!

It was our first time eating here. We had a coupon for 2 small subs, 2 fries and 2 drinks for $14.99. I forgot to take a picture but it was really good. Everything was fresh, made to order and delivered right to our table. We wanted to upgrade to medium subs and pay the difference but the worker said we could not do that.

Although I like the subs here, they still have a lot of things to work out. First and foremost, they continue to give me a club sandwich with only meat and cheese and exclude the remaining toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.. I’ve called about this issue once after it happened twice and they were kind enough to offer a free sub the next time I came in. In that regard, they have great customer care as they are always eager to rectify any mistakes made. Unfortunately, I’ve gone back in and they’ve made the same mistake again and again. It’s frustrating to pay for a sub and not even get everything that comes on it. Additionally, when placing a to go order they seem very flustered and disorganized. I heard one gentleman complain about having to take an order when being handed the phone. The main reason I’m giving them two stars is because I think they’re still figuring it out and I’d say they’re hit or miss. Sometimes the customer care is amazing and it’s a great place to grab a really good sandwich. They’ve just got to figure it out.

Ordered 2 cheesesteak subs and they were the worst. The fries were from a mix of old and new batches as you can see. All the way around terrible experience. Manager is unreasonable also. Need some serious customer service skills training.

Went 3-9-2023 trash all over the floor, tables, and bathroom nasty. The worker was standing outside. Came in took order. Took 30 minutes to make two sandwiches and fries. The sandwiches were wrong. Took another 20 minutes to get the sandwiches. They were not good. The asst general manager Tay came over and gave us a receipt giving us a free meal. Went today 3-27-2023 to give another try. The employees laughed when I mentioned Tay’s name. They called her and told me had to get exact same thing as last time. The ham made me sick last time so I wanted turkey. Told NO. Left without being able to get the free meal. The employees laughed when we left. Food bad, place nasty, hateful employees, and now a promise for free meal not being honored. Would give negative stars if able.

First time trying this place and I’m impressed. I got the cheese steak and it was so good I almost went back and got another. Will definitely visit again and get the large next time. Fries were good too.
