The staff was so sweet and the food was delicious! A bit pricey for a sandwich, but they do military discount so that made it better. Came out to $22 for two people ($28.50 without military)

First time eating at one and had a club and fries. Was $15 bucks (a bit expensive) and fresh and tasty. Store was clean staff friendly. Would like to see a normal set up where you can watch them make the sub as More would apply on some things. I would have surely ask for more bacon. Will return.

The gentleman who served us was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He answered all of our questions, being the first time there – and made great recommendations based on the little info we gave. He helped us pick appropriate portions too without any upsale pressure.

If it wasn’t for the Predators deal might not have realized this location was here. They’re free. The sandwich was awesome. Definitely going back again. Trying some more things. I put this place in front of Jersey Mike’s. As far as sandwiches. The meat was awesome. The service was a little slow but going at lunch on free sandwich day. Probably not the best choice. Going again for sure. They do their own fresh fries which were really good too.

When this location first opened it was great. Fresh hot well seasoned Philly cheesesteak, fresh fries. The last two times I’ve went it was disappointing. One time it was clearly a staffing issue. There was a very new employee that was trying her best at taking orders but it was clear she hadn’t been trained. One employee was working the grill, and kind of tossing out instruction. The other was making lemonade and ignoring everything else. As a result we got wraps instead of the sandwiches I ordered. It was dinner hour on a Friday. A manager or trained employee should have been working with this girl.

Got there at 11am. Looks like it was fully staffed maybe training new team members but our food got out super quick. It was fresh, hot, and mighty tasty! We got a Rueben and a club. Just as good as the other Penn stations around. Manager or owner stopped by our table to ask how was the food and suggested one of his favorites for next lunch run. The founders special.

Great sandwiches and fresh cut fries! Their cold cut meal deal is the way to go! Finally, they have good Southern sweet tea!

Worst experience…I worked all day and finally decided it was time to end my night, so figured I would stop and get my favorite sandwich. I just wanted a Philly Cheesesteak with steak, onions mushrooms extra cheese and light mayo. no banana, peppers no spicy brown mustard, that’s it ! No pizza sauce!!! These people truly did not understand the assignment! Got home and this sandwich was messy and to say the least! To late to go back because they are now closed but I will be calling in the morning to speak with a manager. This is ridiculous….PAY ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!

F-F-F-F-FF-FRENCH FRIES!!! F-F-F-F-F-F-F-FF-FRENH FRIES! OH YEAH OH YA FFF-FFFF-FF-FF-FF FRIKIN FRENCH FRIES OWWCH! I’ve done my research and I have awarded these fine folks at Penn Station the Best French Fry in Smyrna designation. They overcome the life longtime reigning champ Hickory Falls Steakhouse, besting the competion on multiple judging criteria. Price point of course, but there’s something to be said for presentation. The investment made in the open kitchen concept potato bins makes the concept of fresh. Never frozen three-dimensional to those lucky enough to be in the present atmosphere. Quantity played a big factor in french fry scores here, a perpetual Achilles heel for the valiant chefs at Hickory Falls. Penn Station takes the quantity points hands down. This is the big benefit towards Penn station over hickory falls. It’s close though and two greats are battling it out. I just hope it’s going to increase the game like when Giorgios came to town and busted up the Salvos pizza racket. But don’t get me started on PPP-P-P-P-P-P-PP-PIZZAAA! WHOA WHOA YA YEAH!!!
