Excellent sandwiches and wonderful service with high price. I wonder what management is going to do to combat high prices and stay competitive? I know that this is not a “discount” sandwich store like Subway, but your price tags should be justified.

The manager is a very angry person. We have been to the sandwich shop many times. The sandwiches are expensive but excellent. Yesterday, I went in for lunch and the young cashier ordered the wrong sandwich. I asked to heat the sandwich up and the manager came out from the back, approached me with an angry snarl on her face This lady needs to have “happy” somewhere. It’s obvious she isn’t happy at work.

Terrible service on a day when we needed a quick hot lunch. I called to order and the recording said to order online. I placed my order online and my husband ran in to pick it up. After he waited for 40 mins they said they didn’t have our order. I can understand being short staffed but that is ridiculous. Someone should have taken time to make sure our order was in the queue . I won’t be back. What a waist of time and money. I’ll go to the New McAlester’s over them any day!

Sandwiches are great but the staff is why we eat there at least once a week (plus free cookie sample on Tuesday). Definitely a roll-your-own because the fillings are overflowing. Hint: order the 3″ snak size for a small lunch or the small 6″ for a full meal.
