This was my first and last visit at Penn Station in Clinton. The short girl with black hair was talking and singing and not working leaving her 2 other coworkers stressing. The lobby had 3 other people waiting for a long time and when someone said something the girl with the black hair was making comments about him and everyone could hear her. After waiting 35 minutes for my 2 sandwhiches and order of fries I was offered a free cookie for my wait. when i got home I discovered there was barely any meat on my sandwhich and the philly cheesesteak was so greasy it was inedible. I also found the peel off cover to bottle of ranch in my cup of ranch. Thankfully I was offered a full refund when I went back.

I love this place! While I was there, I noticed that the employees knew a few of their customers by name and pretty much exactly what they would order! That is awesome customer service. My favorite sub is their turkey avocado and I like to add mayo and bacon. (You’ll thank me later. ) Oh, and their cookies are TO DIE FOR! THE BEST COOKIES!!

The food was hot and fresh and the service was spot on! They offer a wide variety of sub sandwiches, both hot and cold. As a plus, they also recognize veterans by offering them a discount which we most appreciate! The seating area is fairly small, so during peak times it may difficult finding a table. Aside from that small inconvenience, it’s a great place to eat and a much welcomed addition to the Clinton area.

My husband and I decided to give this place a try yesterday with our kids. When we walked in the place was filthy. Not a single table was clean and trash all over the floor. I was hoping that maybe they were busy just before we arrived and needed to catch up on cleaning, but once we received our order the staff went to the back and were not concerned about cleaning at all. We were wondering why no one was there when we arrived, but now it makes sense.

Place is great. Lot of entitlement in these low reviews. The wait can be long, but it’s because they get overrun at busy times. The workers are nice and get things done as quickly as they can. If you want super fast service, go to Subway and get their gross food.

Service was extremely slow. They had five people working and it took 22 min for me to get two sandwiches with only one order ahead of mine. Club sandwich really good and the Reuben was okay. Reason I gave three stars is everything is made fresh including the bread.

I had high hopes for this place. Very disappointing. $30 for 2 sandwiches. order also took 30 minutes. they were not busy. 3 staff working. mostly chit chatting while people were waiting for food. Asked specifically for oil and vinegar. received mayo instead. I doubt any of the workers there have ever broken a sweat working. Managment needs to get a hold on this place if it wants to succeed.

Service matches quality of food. Both terrible. Ordered two sandwiches and it took at least 30 minutes, then got sandwiches and they couldn’t even be consumed. The meat was spoiled, it smelled terrible and looked terrible. I hope this place goes out of business.

Me and my family went here during lunchtime the subs were amazing much better than any sub place around Clinton. We had the teriyaki and it was so good!!!! It took total of 8 minutes to get our subs to us. The staff were amazing and friendly, they were quick and speedy about getting our subs to us even during a busy time everyone jumped to were they were needed when they were slowing down. There’s something so different about the workers yelling out the subs they needed or the fry’s they needed. I also just appreciated how every worker seemed to get along no matter the age difference, when we were sitting down eating and they were all caught up two of the young ladies were dancing and singing to the music with a older lady and I loved that (it was nothing disruptive at all and they were having fun.) The young ladies working the cash registers were quick at it and the one I got was a great sales lady she recommended a cookie and that cookie was the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. I also recommend the lemonade it was delicious!!! they were calling off my order before we were finished ordering making it quicker we got our subs. Although the seating was limited the place all together was great!!! This place is a great new addition to Clinton!!! I most definitely will be back.
