They only had 2 people working so the service was really slow. The sandwiches were mediocre at best. The fries are really good though, they taste exactly like Five Guys fries. The place just feels dirty. It’s dark, the floors are sticky, and the tables and chairs are really wobbly. I wouldn’t go here again.

Totally awesome sub shop. Way better than Subway. The ingredients are extremely fresh. These subs have so much to offer. The home cut french fries are the best. The staff is so friendly. If your a veteran you get a discount. This is a great place. Must try it. Your gonna love it.

First time @ Penn Station. Very good experience overall. Had Philly cheese steak & fries. Cheesesteak was really hot & delicious. It took me by surprise how good it was. Loved the fresh cut fries. Took a while to get our food, prices steep & fries were warm/room temp. But staff was friendly and the Philly was stupid good. I don’t get excited too often when it comes to the food scene in the area so it was nice to be excited for a change.

I wish this Penn Station could be more like the other ones around Knoxville so sad to see this one be a disappointment since it is the closest one to my house. Three employees in there and still have to wait a very long time in line quality of the food was not great neither.

This location is disgustingly filthy, and the miserable employees don’t even care. I mentioned the nasty, sticky floors to an employee, and she laughed. The food is very salty and subpar at best. Also very few options of bread, condiments, and chips. I had a similar experience at the west Knoxville location recently. I used to love Penn Station but will never visit any location again.

This place is AMAZING. Not only is the food to die for but everyone is so genuinely nice who works there. The cook followed up with me to make sure I liked the sub for the first time there. It was SO good and not your basic sub. Even their fries are amazing and I don’t even like fries. And their cookie is really good too. Food is amazing. And the customer service is amazing. Highly recommend.
