I cannot say enough great things about our visit here tonight. They are accommodating to a plant based diet. The food was amazing. We ordered the Reuben special, a grilled veggie sub, and large French fries to share. The food was prepared with love and arrived hot and fresh. The order of fries was ridiculous, probably enough for 6 people. And, on the way out, the woman that made our order handed me a fresh Philly cheesesteak sub that she just finished making by accident. Customer service is top notch! Will definitely be back!

Food was good. Got plenty of fries. Philly had less meat than I expected for the price. Biggest thing was the floors were greasy. You could slide on them. Need to use different mop and mop water when cleaning the floors and grill area. Need to clean under the grills it was dirty.

Out of all the places so far that we have tried in Knoxville this will be one that we will not be returning to at any point in time. The overall theme of this location is “needs adult supervision”. The two boys and the female working on 12/8 at 200pm were very unprofessional and rude.

This is the single worst sub place I have ever been too.Its trully a insult to call this place a east coast sub shop. I wanted a quick sandwich. All my years around subs I thought hmmm why not. I ordered a turkey with bacon. I had to say the bacon was the smallest pieces i have ever seen the turkey was minimal and it was 13.00 for this disgrace and a drink. I have never ever brought my food back to the counter and asked for my money back. The gentlemen looked stunned and puzzled so he called over the manager who was apoligitic and refunded my money. I really felt bad but thought this was very sad representation of a east coast sub. If jersey mikes wasnt so far away I would of gone there. So instead I went next store and got a gyro… always the best there. I will never ever go in a penn station again….

Delicious subs! We had the Italian sub and the pizza sub, plus FRESH CUT FRENCH fries!!! They have ketchup in a large pump dispenser (YAY!!!)… no hassle of tiny ketchup packets here! Very sweet ladies working there.

The food quality is always very good here. The reason for the 3 stars is from the environment and the extremely high food prices. I’ve been here 4-5 times in the last 2 months and every time I am there the employees are either sitting in a booth or standing right outside the entrance chain smoking. The law is no smoking within 20ft of a public entrance. Now, the price issue. If you order a sub, medium fries, and a drink it will cost you over $17.00. That is a crazy price to pay just for a sub. They need to drop their prices and maybe they would get more business, as every time I went there I was the only customer during the entire 30 minutes.
