This place like the dollar store of sub sandwich shops when it comes down to food quality. It’s compare to subway I guess just more expensive. The sandwich decent I don’t have to go back

Penn Station is deserving of a 5-star review! Their sandwiches are bursting with flavor, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the overall dining experience is exceptional. Highly recommended for sandwich lovers!

This was my first visit to this Penn station, and it will DEFINITELY be my last!! the service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced and the staff didnt even seem like they wanted to be there let alone serve you. If I could rate this one lower than one star I would! Owners pls take notice, if for no other reason for your future customers sake.

Wow. I have never had a worse customer service experience. I should have known better than to check this place out by the low rating, but I had never been to a Penn Station before and my husband wanted me to try it.

First off, I am a long-time Penn Station fan. I love their sandwiches and fries. I have been to Penn Stations all over the place. This location is in bad shape.

This location is an embarrassment they frequently get the order wrong and today they wont take card then I tried to pay in cash and they rejected that because it was a hundred dollar bill.

I say within a year or two this location will be gone. Wanted to go to blaze pizza but they unfortunately are moving locations and closed this one. So wife and I just said let’s go penn station (I have never been). $39 for 2 sad looking sandwiches, 2 sodas, and 2 handfuls of fries. Soda machine the Pepsi had no syrup, no napkins anywhere. Will never come back

I don’t see this location being open much longer. Not the best experience today. I blame POOR management. How can you mess up a veggie sandwhich ????? It was pitiful. I asked for all the veggies. Grilled, artichokes, lettuce, tomatoes pickles. Left half veggies off! Had a few bell peppers and small amount of artichokes. Took sandwich back in and asked them to put the rest on sandwhich. Out of pickles, out of ketchup. And for that price.not not worth it. Should have just gone to blaze pizza. Will never go back .

$20 for sandwich, fries, and drinks is overpriced, but they took 40 minutes to get me my food (and they lost it, then made it wrong, and they weren’t apologetic for it). There was 3 people in front of me. Whoever owns this franchise doesn’t care about their workers to make them care or customers for having them wait so long.
