Never usually have any issues with the food. The issue I had today was the lack of service. The fact that you would only run 2 people for a lunch blows me away. You cannot put out good food and service with only two people on shift. This is not the first time I have experienced this at this location.

Absolutely disgusting! We used doordash and didn’t even get the 4$ drink we paid for,nor BOTH the 12in subs we ordered.Instead this is what we got,one 12in and a 6in that has black hair wrapped completely around it,and wasn’t even the sub we ordered.We order a Dagwood and got Philly Cheesesteak.Not to mention,the fries taste old and microwave heated.Definitely disappointed and DEFINITELY will not be going back/ordering.

I’ve eaten here for many years and have never been disappointed until today. Sandwiches used to be robust and full of good stuff. Tonight all 3 sandwiches ordered by my family were very slim with minimal ingredients, barely any meat or vegetables. All you could really taste was bread and sauce. Hoping this was just a bad experience but I may not return after being so disappointed tonight. Not wanting to chance spending another $10 for a lackluster sandwich that wasn’t even worth $5.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it came with pizza sauce the sandwich was just so sloppy disgusting it wasn’t good I Couldn’t finish it all of the girls were talking and joking the whole time directly over where they’re cooking and preparing food which grossed me out to the point I probably didn’t even want to eat a disgusting sandwich My wife just ate the meat out of hers

Ordered online, was charged for my order, but store didn’t receive the order. Apparently the system wasn’t working right. Spent $40 on 3 sandwiches and one order of fries. Food had very little flavor, and it reminded me of why I never go to Penn Station.

Our first time visiting and will not return. Very poor food safety and sanitation practices! Each of the five women working had long hair and none had their hair covered. Every worker wore plastic gloves, but they did not replace the gloves between tasks such as emptying garbage, cleaning tables, handling payments, or handling food. If we don’t get sick, it will be a miracle. The food quality was mediocre and high priced for the quality. We paid $33 for two sandwiches and two drinks.
