The staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. One employee treated me with the upmost disrespect and wouldn’t give me a refund or my food, only because I had a ride waiting on me and couldn’t wait 1hr for her to take a break and fix my food. Escalated the issue to the GM and he PRETENDED to fix the issue, told me he would reimburse me by sending coupons. Sent coupons to someone else who called about MY issue, but never did anything to fix it for me, being that I’m the one whose money was taken. Went into the restaurant to ask about the coupons and he was very disrespectful, even after I stood there and spent my money with them AFTER what happened to me. I will never spend my money here again, thanks to the attitude that I received from every single one of their staff, and I am a very respectful person who does nothing but smile and be polite.

I ordered the club sandwich with extra honey mustard, but when I got home, I only had a turkey sandwich. No ham,bacon, and no honey mustard at all. The guy that took my order I saw him scathing his head and fixing other people food, so I asked him if he was gonna wash his hands, and he said he’ll put on some gloves and I said No wash your hands and than put on gloves.

I had to pay almost 4$ for a large ice water smfh I have been outside working in the heat all day water should NOT cost as much as soda or lemonade im diabetic i dont want soda i don’t mind to pay for it but 4$ is absolutely ridiculous i get it u have people asking for water and being untruthful but im not one of those people and I shouldn’t have to pay 4$ for a large water and the bread taste undercooked it was just all around a terrible experience
