I should preface this by saying that I don’t do this. You have to mess up a sandwich pretty badly for me to want to talk about it.

Eh … pretty much below average … if there was any less of the “thick cut” bacon (it’s wasn’t) on my sandwich, it may as well have been a veggie.

I went healthy and got the turkey avocado wrap. Dagwood grilled was my fav but heading to the zoo on a very hot day would not have ended well. It was very fresh and the young lady making it seemed to take great care in preparing it. It’s rare to order fast food and have it actually look like the picture.

Sorry for the gross picture, but what you’re looking at is a piece of wood on the right that was in my chicken teriyaki sandwich.

I left without food. I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich and was told they needed to slice onions and cheese but didn’t do either. I was willing to wait since there was only one person in front of me. No one else was in line. There was no sense of urgency so I left. He didn’t seem to care. Worst customer service experience EVER!!!

The serving size of meat on the sub is below average and the staff / managers are very disrespectful. What used to be a good place to eat is now terrible.

Service was really friendly, the food was made fresh and in a timely manner and the restaurant was nice and clean inside just not easy to see outside or that appealing of a location. But the experience there with the service is as good as I have scene at a Penn Station they should he commended.

Fries are horrible, they taste like they are super old and was put back in the oil a couple of times. I would rate this store – star. Waste of $7.

I got a Reuben and it was amazing! I never would’ve expected a sandwich shop to make a Reuben this good! Highly recommend. And of course don’t forget the fries.

Looked great, couldn’t even get acknowledgment or waited on…. Wasn’t very busy. Numerous people looked directly at us! Don’t go expecting service
