Terrible customer service. Cashier refused to take my order because i wanted my red onions grilled. She said she wouldn’t do it because it’s policy. (I used to work there and did it all the time). I asked her to explain the why to the policy and she said she can’t and to stop wasting her time.

This was my first time trying Penn Station. I walked in the door and the restaurant was clean. Faith, one of the workers there, greeted me. There was a young man working with her as well. They were both very friendly and courteous. They did a good job making the sandwiches. Please give both of them a Kudos because they deserve it.

The subs are great and so are the fries. However, this experience was awful. We stood in line waiting to order with no one in front of us for about 5 minutes. Then when the lady came to take our order she was very rude and standoffish. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dining establishment. The only reason I didn’t give it one star is because the food is so good.

Horrible customer service from the Manager. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and it came with pepperoni on it, which is not part of the sandwich toppings. When I asked them to make me a new sandwich, the manager was very rude and yelled at me as if it was my fault. The young lady that took my order and the guy working the grilled had better customer service skills than the manager. I’m very disappointed with my experience here.

Got the Reuben, sub of the month special. Had more sauerkraut than anything. Tasted like eating a vinegar sandwich. Also, while I was there a lady came in wanting to know why the app wasn’t working. Started cussing the staff out for it. I checked myself, there is not a penn station app. Then the lady still wanted them to make her sandwich after being wrong & cussing them out. I had a video, but I couldn’t get it to download. Staff was very nice. Food was not worth the $14. Won’t be back.

Let me start by saying the girl Dream is so rude she rolled her eyes at me every few seconds. She got BOTH of my sandwhiches completley wrong and added the topping I specifiically told her I did not want.She had the wrong meats on my sandwhich. She was to busy giving the worst customer service to pay attention. Fire her!!!!!
