Recently it seems like I’m getting cheated a little on fresh-cuts- I used to manage a penn station and this is definitely not the proper portion that is considered a large, and for what I’m paying- it kind of matters. The fries/containers are also always thrown in the bag upside down, defeating the whole point of the container.

Paid waaaaaay too much for this nasty food. The fries were black the food was not worth the cost. I sure was feeling sorry for that employee who had to listen to all the people complaining. We will never be back and will tell all our friends not to waist their money. This is the second one I have been to and the last one was just as bad. Way not worth the price.

Way overpriced for what it’s worth. Our footlong sandwiches weren’t even cut in half, not to mention some of the toppings we’ve requested for our sandwiches online weren’t even included. The only sandwich out of our order that had cheese and sauces was the Philly cheesesteak, other than that the rest of our other sandwiches had no cheese & were completely dry. Definitely not worth the premium price if you ask me.

This experience was the worst the employee Hannah was so rude and nasty. She stated that they had Turkey Bacon and put regular bacon on my sandwich. When I took it back she then stated they had Turkey and bacon. Any intelligence at all would tell you those are two different things. Then I asked for a new sandwich she said said just take the bacon off or We will have to charge you for a new one. That is the worst customer service experience ive had in a long time. I will never go there again.
