Pretty good experience. What makes working at an establishment like this great are the relationships you build with your coworkers. Only issue is when those personal conversations can be heard by customers. There’s always a time and place. I’m also glad I double checked my sandwiches as toppings I requested be put on them, didn’t make it onto the sandwich. It happens, but let it be a lesson to always check your food before leaving.

Closed and doors locked at noon on a Monday!!! Drove here to get lunch and no one is here. No sign no reason just disappointment. I watched multiple customers come to the door and walk away. Time to go to Firehouse Subs.

Got a regular size sandwich and small fries and it was $15…!! That’s absurd. At the least I expect the staff in there to be just a liiiiittle bit friendly. I walk in and the first words are “is this for here or to go.” I should have said it’s to go meaning I’m outta here. In watching behind the counter it looked completely miserable, and I almost felt bad. Coworkers clearly don’t like each other. The sandwich is ok, just very mediocre.

This store opens at 10:30 according to website & hours on door. I went there at 10:40, people were inside and door was locked. I called the store someone picked up but didn’t say anything. If you don’t open at 10:30 be kind enough to change hours on website & door.

they mess up the order half the time. ordered 2 of the same subs just with different ingredients in each and they ended up mixing the differences together and ruin them. they need to pay attention to what they are making

I work at a store nearby this location and absolutely love it! I come here for lunch all the time and they are so nice every time I come in. They make it fast even when they’re busy and they even have my name in their system ready since I come all the time lol. definitely recommend.
