Went to Penn Station on South Broadway and it was the fastest service I’ve ever had, my sandwich was out in less than 5 minutes!! I got a cheesesteak and it looks heavenly! Thanks so much to the general manager Spencer for making me such a great sandwich!! Will definitely be back.

I visited today to participate in The Plantory’s FUNdraiser Day, which is wonderful way for Penn Station to support local nonprofit organizations and community members. The food was good — I ordered the Cheesesteak with everything. Staff was friendly and Jonathan the manager was easy to talk to and personable. 10/10.

i love penn station but this location is just poor. workers seem high and not friendly. the chicken wrap i received isnt a wrap at all, i might as well not have a tortilla because its in pieces before i even ate it. this is not the first time ive been disappointed by the staff and food at this location. hopefully they can get their stuff together and act like they wanna be there and work, otherwise i would recommend eating at the wendys across the street.

Always choose pay in store. The app would not accept the promo code for free item. I printed papers and took them with me. They said they could not honor codes unless they were used in the app. Even after explanation, they wouldn’t honor it. I left the food and walked out. BEWARE. I’m sure they will change the pay feature after this. Hello Domino’s. Bye penn station.

I went here literally every Tuesday for 3 years for family night (2 for 1 subs). Every sandwich on the menu is great if not amazing. The staff has changed a lot in over the course of three years, but it seems like they only hire the nicest people. I can’t recommend this Penn Station enough.
