Got 2 veggie sandwiches and both very sloppily made. One was incorrect and luckily noticed before leaving and was able to go back in and get missing items. But items that were given were still wrong ones. Bathroom had toilet paper sitting on dirty floor, no soap and no paper towels. We stopped here as we were traveling, so definitely went do that when passing through again.

My husband and I have been in Ontario, Canada visiting my dad for the last 10 days and you can’t get any authentic sweet tea there, so needless to say, I have been craving it! We are traveling back home to Alabama and decided to stop by for a bite to eat and a sweet tea, but it was 10 minutes before closing time and the tea container was empty , but Katherine was so sweet and understanding and she went above and beyond to get me some sweet tea. That’s what I call GREAT customer service! Thank you Katherine .

Cookies were good, a little oily, but good. Fries were fair, they’ve been better. Long wait, high price, dirty waiting area. The worst part was it was an $80.00 that was only half right. Though the sandwiches were wrapped and ticketed properly, the completely wrong sandwiches were made. 2 of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches had nothing on them except ranch, lettuce, tomato, and a single slice of bacon ♀️

Order was COMPLETELY wrong. I have an online receipt saying exactly what I ordered and nothing was right. Ruined my lunch by putting things on my sandwich that I didn’t order. The girls working there were extremely rude to top it off.

Love Penn Station subs and especially the grilled Italian. Unfortunately this trip was not very good. The sandwich just wasn’t made right and something was off. Fries were just warm and the cup had mostly 1 1/2″ or under small pieces.
