Extremely overpriced for the amount of food you get. I can get the same quality and amount of food at other sub places for half the price.

Ordered online. Came in for pickup. They were out of an item and refused to refund me the item. Only offered a less expensive item.

Ask for fries to be cooked extra long, was told they couldn’t do it, then proceeded to let me walk out without my complete order. When I walked back in, they said all we know, sir. Bunch of kids to worried about each other than the expensive food!

I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with extra sauteed onions, salt, pepper and oregano.. and this is what I was given. I took the order back up to the workers and politely asked for them to remake the sub (the bun was soggy with barely any cheese, no onions at all, although I asked for extra and no seasonings) and they literally gave me this again.. would not recommend. I don’t know how someone could ever present a customer with something like this and think that it’s okay..

Great bread, fries and meat, lots of flavor and the food texture is very good.

Usual food. Fries were a little extra done. Floors were a bit sticky. But the place was very busy

Got a large Founder’s Choice to-go. Barely had meat on half the sandwich and couldn’t really taste the teriyaki. I know they were busy, but you have to make sure you’re putting the proper amount on sandwiches and not just throwing stuff on it. I don’t mind to wait for my food if it’s done properly.

Food was good.Service is slow, although finding help is ridiculous at this point. But the people there were polite and on point.
