Not the best Penn Station experience.

Everything was good. The only problem was that the girl wo was “wrapping ” the sandwiches, was eating on line and didn’t have any gloves on! I did mention it to her and she said she was just a wrapper! I said she was still supposed to wear gloves and not to be eating on line! I was a Manager in fast food for over 25 years, I know the rules!

Ordered a large dagwood with everything, all meats, veggies, etc…..got home and opened to this. Was too far for the drive back to be worth it, tried calling but just kept getting busy signal. Pretty sure the 2 guys working were more concerned about break to go get high. Also paid for 3 orders of fries, got two. $49 for disappointment

Team was really off their game on our visit today. 40 min wait for food (only 4 people ordered ahead of us), order came out wrong had to get remade (longer wait), super skimpy on protein less than I’ve ever seen at a PS. Cheese bread was only half covered with cheese. Very lame. Sandwich was good, hate I had to wait almost 40 min just to get it…..

Worst pennstation by far. Ordered thru door dash, asked for a Dagwood with literally THREE ingredients, and couldn’t get a single one correct aside from Turkey. They added lettuce, tomato, and onion. Not sure why it’s so hard to read an order and get it correct. Would highly recommend never giving this pennstation your business and choosing a different sub place.

Ordered delivery from this location, waited an hour and had two drivers cancel on us because there were 4 orders ahead of ours even 30 minutes after we placed it in the first place. Ended up canceling the order but people need to know about this so they don’t have the same experience. I’ve already filled out the form on the website so it can go directly to this store’s owner but judging from the other reviews they don’t seem to care much to make any changes.

Stopped in for lunch. Greeted by typical friendly Penn Station staff. Always take a second to check out the monthly specials cause they come with fries and a drink. Real money savers. Food came out fast and hot and tasty. Lobby was clean and so was the drink station. Nice lunch stop.

I’ve been eating at Penn Station since the early 90’s and this was the first time I got disgusting food. The service was bad. When I asked for mayo packs, the cashier rolled his eyes, like I was just an interruption. I’ve done almost 500 reviews for Google & never gave a one star review. To give one to what was a favorite restaurant is surreal. I included pictures of the fries they dropped again instead of dropping fresh. They burned them.

Waited at the register for over five minutes to place my order. Got halfway through it before the guy asked me to wait a minute and disappeared in the back. Waited another seven or eight minutes, during which a woman came in behind me. A different guy came up after a few minutes and asked her for her order, ignoring me. So I walked out.
