I love Penn Station grilled Italian subs! They have way more flavor than the overpriced Jersey Mike’s subs. And besides that, Jersey Mike’s refuses to heat up my Italian sub. Penn Station makes it just how I like it. The staff here was friendly and efficient and I like the layout of the restaurant. I found the restaurant clean. I think one of the most important things for the staff to remember is that it is very important to wipe off the tables and keep them clean for the next guests. This location did that.

You couldn’t ask for friendlier staff – they were just wonderful. The food was delicious. We got the chicken teriyaki sub and the turkey/bacon/ranch. They were warm and ingredients felt fresh. Fries were crispy and perfect. The place was clean and staff were wearing gloves to prepare food. Great pit stop for lunch.

If I could give less than one star I would. The workers here are awful, yelling at each other that they can’t handle making the sandwiches, being rude to customers. My husband waited 30 mins for two sandwiches and a large fry. Not sure why 4 workers can’t handle making sandwiches. If you all can’t treat people with respect and have decent customer service, then close your doors. This location represents Penn Station in a TERRIBLE way. I’ll never forget the video I watched a few months ago of the manager yelling back and forth with customers. We won’t be back.

I never had a sub that was that dry. The topping and everything were so very slim. It was mainly bread. And my husband’s was the same way. And we put in an order online ( we were on a road trip) and it said it would be ready at 410… no one else was inside when we got there and then people started coming in after us and we didn’t get our food until 438… my baby and I were waiting in the car while dad was inside paying so you know how that went. but it’s penn station so the quality of the food was still there. I guess it was the employees?
