Place is very gross, fries all over the floor, manager walking around with a black and mild in his mouth, very rude workers. It’s all bad around here. The same guy that had a black and mild in accidentally spilled a drink and was berated and belittled for this one little mistake. Absolutely will not be going back because of the lack of respect, cleanliness and care.

My last experience over a year ago was not good at this specific location. However this time I have no complaints it was honestly great. The food was perfect. Probably the best cheese steak I’ve ever had. The employees were all really nice and helpful as well. I will definitely return to this location.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Worst experience every time I go in. The bathrooms are trashed, the fries are cooked in old oil, and they constantly get the order incorrect. The manager is super unprofessional and the customer service is horrendous. Will NOT be back.

Full of idiots. Can’t follow simple directions. Made a plain sandwich wrong, twice. Every employee was high out of their mind. The place was FILTHY. Everyone just standing around with a dumb look on their face not doing anything. Terrible. Wasted money. Threw away the sandwich.

The sandwich was delicious. Lots of flavor. Though for the price paid and the wait, it fell short of expectation. I felt that it was undersized for the money that I paid also. While I appreciate that it was made fresh, 20 minutes is too long a wait, especially when the place wasn’t that busy.

They never wear gloves. Food is always different, never taste the same. The place is always dirty. Last time I was in there there was not enough meat on the sandwich. I got my sandwich, ate the whole thing and still never received my fries. After about 25 min and watching them hand out fries to other customers I had to ask them to get me my fries. Poor service, under poor management. Very disappointing considering it was a favorite of mine.
