Service is slow. I ordered my philly and fries and it took at least 15 minutes before I got my sandwich. I had to go back up and ask about the fries. I was told they would be ready shortly. About 15 minutes later I see food being delivered to other tables with fries. I went back up to ask again. He had forgotten about my fires and had to start another batch. So another 5 minutes or so goes by. By the time I got my fries, my sandwich had been sitting getting cold for at least 20 minutes. In addition, most of the fries were very small (an inch or less long). The only good thing was that the sandwich was tasty.

I’m not going to lie I was highly disappointed. It’s been years since I’ve had Penn station and I’d probably NEVER get it again. I ordered double meat and still could barely taste the meat over the bread. Subway gives more meat( THAT’S SAD!!!!) Now the service was ok nothing bad but nothing that stood out either. The place was clean. I just can get more for my money elsewhere.

The food was hot and brought to us in a timely manner. Fresh cut fries, lemonade was insanely good and I highly recommend it. They brought the food out and checked on us periodically to make sure we enjoyed it. Also the open kitchen was really nice because you can tell it’s clean. I’d recommend it.

The staff was friendly and patient. Our order was ready quickly. But the building itself looks like it’s falling apart. The wallpaper is peeling off, they stapled parts of it back onto the walls, the area wasn’t seen, the drive station was however. One section of the ceiling looks like it’s about to cave in from what looks like water damage and where the air is coming out of the the ceiling is black.

My daughter brought home lunch for me and the bread was hard as a rock! Tasted like it was a whole day old and have been sitting out and probably was! The fries were soggy. First time there and will not be back. Manager on duty wasn’t very friendly either and my daughter told her this was her first time and the mgr shrugged her off.
