Both subs were completely wrong, missing items and DRY. For having Mayo on both subs and mustard on one it did not taste if there was any sauce at all and who wants a dry sandwich? They also didn’t cut our subs, one girl working seemed rude, although the guy who took the order was very patient and nice considering it was my first time eating here. Fries were good. Probably wouldn’t go to this location again.

Definitely the best sub I’ve ever had! I had the Classic Italian Sub on whole grain toasted. The spices were amazing! The staff was great and whoever made my sandwich should get a raise.

Update- Just picked up dinner tonight & the staff was so friendly and got our order to us a lot sooner than my previous visit! Food was delicious! So nice to have kind staff!

So gross tonight! Maybe they have new people but the sandwich was soggy, bacon udner cooked, too much of everything. What a let down. Especially for the expensive prices and the establishment was super dirty . Fries and food on the floor, the grill looked dirty too.

Penn Station is typically great. And I was so excited to finally get one closer to home instead of going to Avon. But this location is a disaster every single time. The wait times are SO BAD in addition to the food quality. 40+ minutes last pick up time. Cashiers are so rude and unprofessional. I want to support this location so bad but it’s just better to drive to Avon. Save yourself the cold and poorly made food, and find another location to patronage instead.

We are from Oklahoma and we don’t have a Penn Station anywhere close. Penn Station is our have to eat at restaurant while we are in town. We Ate at Penn Station 2 times in our 6 day stay. It is a great restaurant and always consistent in what we order.

Was told 15 minutes for my pickup order. An hour later and after asking for a 3rd time I find out my sandwiches have just been sitting there and then am told they will get the fries put in for me. I paid 30 minutes prior to this. Pay a lot of money for a now cold sandwich.

Take out order was wrong and the phone goes directly to a voicemail that isn’t set up. I ordered these subs in Bowling Green while visiting my son at college and they were delicious, service was phenomenal! Here at home in Amherst it was like walking into a safe zone to shoot up and everybody gets to have narcan on standby…. The employees were extremely out there to say the least.. Sad and we’ll never go back.
